Yard Maintenance
We keep your outdoor space safe, tidy and accessible, taking care of the tasks so you can enjoy a beautiful home environment.
What this looks like day to day
An unsafe yard quietly shrinks a home. Overgrown paths, slippery steps and hidden trip hazards mean the back door stops getting used and the outdoor space stops being part of daily life.
We handle the physical work so that stops happening. That might be a fortnightly mow and edge, a seasonal tidy-up, or a bigger initial clean-up to get an overgrown property back under control.
It also pairs naturally with our other supports. If we are already assisting in the home, keeping the yard safe and usable is often the piece that makes the rest of it work.
What we take care of
- Lawn mowing and edging
- Whipper snipping and trimming
- Weeding and garden bed tidy-ups
- Pruning of shrubs and low branches
- Clearing paths, ramps and entryways for safe access
- Removing trip hazards and slippery build-up
- Green waste removal after a tidy-up
- Regular scheduled visits or one-off clean-ups
Who this service suits

- Older Australians who can no longer manage the yard safely.
- People recovering from surgery, injury or illness.

If the yard has got away from you, there is no judgement here. We deal with overgrown properties regularly and the first visit is always the biggest one.

Good to know
Can yard maintenance be funded through the NDIS?
In many cases yes, where it is a reasonable and necessary support in your plan. We are happy to talk it through with you or your plan manager.
Do you do one-off clean-ups?
Yes. Some clients book a single big tidy-up, others go onto a regular schedule after it. Both are fine.
Do I need to be home during the visit?
Not necessarily. Many clients are happy for us to work while they are out, as long as we have safe access.
Do you remove the green waste?
Yes, green waste removal can be included. Let us know when you book so we come prepared for the volume.
