NDIS & Aged Care Support
Dedicated, personalised support to enhance your overall well-being and empower you to lead a fulfilling life, on your terms and in your own home.
What this looks like day to day
Support usually starts with the everyday things: getting up and ready, a hand around the house, a lift to an appointment, a shop that would be hard to manage alone. Nothing dramatic, just the tasks that make the difference between a day that works and a day that does not.
We roster the same small group of workers wherever possible, so you are not re-explaining your routine every week. Your worker learns how you like your coffee, which chemist you use, and which days are harder than others.
As confidence and capability grow, the support shifts. We look for the tasks you can take back and step out of the way, because the goal is a fuller, more independent life rather than a longer list of services.
What support can include
- Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and continence support
- Assistance with daily living: meals, laundry, shopping and light housework
- Medication prompting and support with appointments
- Mobility assistance and safe transfers
- Support for people living with dementia or changed cognition
- Transport and community access in the local area
- Social support and companionship
- Respite so family carers can take a break
Who this service suits
- NDIS participants needing core supports for daily life and community participation.
- Older Australians who want to stay independent in their own home for longer.
- Families and carers who need dependable, regular respite.
- People leaving hospital who need short-term help getting back on their feet.
If your situation does not fit neatly into any of the above, call us anyway. Most of the support we provide has been shaped around a request that started with “I am not sure if you do this, but...”

Good to know
Can you support someone living with dementia?
Yes. Our staff are experienced in cognition and dementia care, including managing changed behaviours, keeping routines familiar and supporting families through the changes.
Do you provide overnight or 24-hour support?
Talk to us about what you need. Availability depends on our current roster, so the honest answer comes from a phone call rather than a website.
Can my family be involved in planning?
Absolutely. Families, nominees, support coordinators and allied health teams are all welcome in the conversation, with your consent.
How quickly can support start?
We currently have availability for new participants. In most cases we can meet within a week and start soon after the service agreement is signed.
Other ways we can help
Ready to talk it through?
We have availability to assist new participants working towards their goals. A quick chat costs nothing.
