• For participants and clients, the information needed to deliver support safely, including health, care and funding details.

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange support.
• To plan, deliver and review the services you receive.
• To meet our obligations under NDIS and aged care requirements, and to invoice correctly.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We only share your information where you have consented or where we are required to by law. That may include your plan manager, support coordinator, nominated family members, or health professionals involved in your care.

Storage and security

Records are stored securely and access is limited to the staff who need it to do their job. We keep records for as long as required by law and dispose of them securely afterwards.

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you submit the enquiry form, the details you provide are used only to respond to your enquiry.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct anything that is wrong. Call us on 0409 328 904 and we will help you.

Concerns and complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us. We take complaints seriously and will work with you to sort it out. NDIS participants can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
